Dierks Athletic Booster Club presents the Outlaw Buckout and Barrel Run this Saturday
The Dierks Outlaw Athletic Booster Club will present the Outlaw Buckout and Barrel Run this Saturday, September 24th at the Dierks City Park Arena.
Chase Quinn is the president of the Dierks Outlaw Athletic Booster Club and he said the club wanted to do something for the community and he felt like a fundraiser would be a good ideal and benefit the Outlaw athletic programs.
Quinn partnered up with Mike Launius, out of Magnolia, whom is the founder of the Riding for the Brand youth sports program.
Quinn stated that concessions will be set up at the Buckout and Barrel Run and he listed several items that will be available for purchase.
Quinn talked about admission cost and he said there will be a drawing during the festivities.
Cowboys and cowgirls from 5 to 19 will be competing in bull riding, saddle bronc riding, ranch bronc riding, bareback and barrel racing. Mutton Bustin will begin at 6:30 and the show will start at 7:00 pm at the Dierks City Park Arena on Saturday, September 24.
