Dierks Community Rallies Behind High School for T-Mobile’s Friday Night Lights Competition

The lights were bright, the crowd was loud, and the pride was strong Friday night as T-Mobile hosted its Friday Night Lights event in Dierks, spotlighting the local high school in a nationwide competition for the grand prize.

The event brought the entire town together to show support for Dierks High School, which is currently in the running thanks to Krystal Greene, a Dierks Booster Club member who helped spearhead the effort.

Before kickoff Friday night, AIR EVAC added a special moment to the festivities, delivering the T-Mobile Game Ball via helicopter — a highlight that Greene says fans won’t soon forget.

The energy in the stands matched the excitement on the field, and Greene says the encouragement from the Dierks community — and even neighboring towns — has been nothing short of inspiring.

As the voting continues, Greene encourages everyone to get involved and cast their support for Dierks High School.

The contest runs through October 24th, and the school with the most votes will win T-Mobile’s grand prize package — a big boost for any program, but especially one backed by a small town with big heart.
