Dierks High School Hosts Donation Drive to Benefit Foster Care Support Organization

Dierks High School is rallying their students and community members to support a local organization dedicated to helping children in need through a donation drive.
In a recent Facebook post, the school encouraged its “Outlaws” community to come together in support of The CALL of Howard County, a nonprofit that recruits, trains, and supports local foster families. The organization works to ensure children from difficult situations can experience love, safety, and a sense of belonging.
As part of the effort, Dierks High School is collecting essential household items, including paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, and plastic utensils. These supplies will go directly toward helping families served by the organization.
Donations can be dropped off at upcoming softball and baseball games or delivered to the Dierks High School office located at 900 Old Hwy 70 Rd W.
In addition to donating supplies, community members interested in making a deeper impact are encouraged to get involved with foster care efforts. The CALL of Howard County provides opportunities for individuals and families to support children in need, and can be reached at 501-607-8035 for more information on how to help.
Organizers hope for a strong turnout as Dierks residents show what their community is all about.
