Dierks Outlaws Face Poyen Indians in Playoffs Round 2

The Outlaw football team in Dierks had a first week bye heading into the playoffs last week. The matchup of Poyen vs Carlisle left Poyen victorious on Friday night securing the 2nd round match up of Dierks vs Poyen this coming Friday. Speaking to that match up is Coach Fannin with the Outlaws.

 Fannin says the Outlaw team that played Poyen in early October isn’t the same team that will be headed into the matchup this coming Friday. And while he would have rather continued the momentum from the regular season they are excited to face off against the Indians at home this Friday.

Fannin said aggression on offense is always a must to bring on the field and defensively controlling the Poyen offense and the threat that is there quarter back is something they’re looking for coming into this game. This matchup will be on Outlaw turf vs the Poyen Indians this coming Friday for the 2nd round of the playoffs at 7:00.
