Drive-thru flu shot clinic this Friday in Dierks, De Queen

An area healthcare provider will host a drive-thru flu shot clinic tomorrow October 6th at its offices in Dierks and De Queen. The flu shot clinic is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the office of Dr. Randy Walker located at 219 Main Street in Dierks. Another clinic will be held at Dr. Walker’s practice in Dequeen from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 1553 West Collin Raye Drive. 
Those participating in the flu shot clinic are asked to bring their health insurance information as insurance will cover the entire cost of the flu vaccine. There is a cost to receive the shot for those without insurance.
Tents will be set up on site at both clinics. The public is asked to pull up to the tent where they will be checked in before receiving the influenza vaccine. For more information, call Dr. Walker’s office at (870) 584-3000.
