Failure to appear warrant issued for Mineral Springs man

A failure to appear warrant was issued Wednesday in Howard County Circuit Court for a Mineral Springs man who failed to show up for his arraignment process.  32 year old Michael Hill was arrested last month during a traffic stop at Saratoga.  During their investigation, deputies say they recovered suspected marijuana and a set of digital scales.  Hill was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, With Purpose to Deliver.  His arraignment process was scheduled for Wednesday, however, Hill did not attend.  As a result, a failure to appear warrant was issued for him.
