Failure to Appear warrants issued in Pike County Circuit Court

Failure to Appear warrants were issued Monday in Pike County Circuit Court for a pair of cases involving Nashville residents.  26 year old Alton Mitchell was scheduled to appear yesterday, but failed to show up for his scheduled court proceeding.  Mitchell’s original felony charge was for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

A Failure to Appear warrant was also issued Monday for 57 year old David Bentley, after he was a no show in court.  Bentley’s original charge was for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Possession of a Controlled Substance.
