Glenwood man, Barry Walker, sentenced to 18 life sentences in Pike County Circuit Court

58-year-old Barry Walker of Glenwood pleaded guilty to 11 counts of rape and one count of sexual assault in the Pike County Circuit Court in Murfreesboro on Wednesday before Circuit Court Judge Bryan Chesshir.

Walker was sentenced to 18 life sentences, with four of them to be served consecutively.

The allegations against Walker spanned from 1997 to the present in both Clark and Pike counties.

Walker is scheduled to appear in the Clark County Circuit Court in Arkadelphia where he is expected to plead guilty to similar charges.
