Nashville School Board hires a custodian
The Nashville School Board has accepted the resignation of high school counselor Crystal Evans, effective at the end of the current school year. Evans resignation was accepted during a special called board meeting, held Friday afternoon.
It took the board less than a minute at the start of the meeting to accept the resignation. A motion was then made to enter an executive session to discuss personnel.
35 minutes later, the board returned to open session and voted to employ Tracy Fowler as a custodian. Superintendent Doug Graham also announced the district will immediately begin the process of looking to fill the counselor’s position.
