HMH administers vaccine to hospital employees

Medical professionals in Nashville are in the process of receiving the COVID-19 vaccinations. Howard Memorial Hospital C.E.O. Debra Wright says the hospital recently reached a peak of having 15 employees test positive for the virus,

Wright says some hospital staff received the vaccination last Thursday…while others were administered the shot Saturday.

Gayla Hooker, the hospital’s Infection Control nurse, said nearly 60 employees have received the first dose of the vaccination. A second round will be given in January.
