HMH hosts retirement party for Skip Bell

Thursday, Howard Memorial Hospital hosted a retirement event for long-time employee Skip Bell. Bell’s family, friends, and co-workers came out to show support and had the opportunity to share stories and memories of Bell.

Co Worker Eddie Beene expressed that one of the greatest characteristics that Bell has is bringing in humor to help his coworkers along the way. Beene also talked about Bell’s management style, work ethic, and how dedicated Bell was as a worker. 

Bell who worked as a Registered Nurse and House Supervisor at HMH has been in the licensed field for 43 years and he stated that he also worked in Dequeen and Ashdown.

Bell said this moment touched his heart to have supporters come to see him off. Bell also mentioned his plans after he retires.
