HMH Staff gears up for the Community Health Needs Assessment Focus Group

Howard Memorial Hospital Chief Operating Officer Stacy Harberson and Administrative Director Sandy Webb recently spoke to us about the Community Health Needs Assessment Focus Group and what it entails.

Harberson stated that every three years they are required as a not for profit tax exempt hospital to do a community health needs assessment that provides some value information for HMH.

Webb elaborated that this isn’t just for the residents of Howard County but any surrounding communities that HMH serves. She also provided what four focus groups that they will be targeting.

Harberson concluded by expressing why it is important for residents to participate in this focus group session.
