Holiday Basketball Tournaments Underway

The Nashville Scrapperettes won their opening round game Thursday at the Spa City Tournament in Hot Springs.  Nashville defeated Magnet cove 56 to 30 and will play Sylvan Hills at 3:20 this afternoon. 

The team will also have a tournament game tomorrow.

Both Dierks Senior High basketball teams are also in action at tournaments.  The Lady Outlaws play this afternoon at 4:00 o’clock against Maumelle in the Genoa Central Holiday Classic while the Dierks senior boys will be at the Lafayette County Cougar Tournament Saturday afternoon playing Bradley in a 4:30 contest.
