Horatio administrator arrested for possible inappropriate relationship

A Horatio Public School District Administrator has been arrested in reference to a possible inappropriate relationship with a student.  The Sevier County Sheriff’s Department says 41 year old Vice Principal Labrada Vann was arrested Friday as part of an investigation into the allegations that were originally made April 4th when a call was made through the Arkansas Crimes Against Children Hotline.

The sheriff’s department said information was developed through the investigation and an arrest warrant was obtained, and served Friday.  Vann was transported to the Sevier County Detention Center and was booked into jail on a $100,000 bond, set by  Circuit Judge Tom Cooper.

Authorities say the investigation is still ongoing.
