Hornbeck Enters ‘Not Guilty’ Plea in Pike County Circuit Court

A former Murfreesboro School District coach entered a not guilty plea Friday in Pike County Circuit Court to five counts of First Degree Sexual Assault and one count of Second Degree Sexual Assault. 37 year old Charles Hornbeck, who now lives in northwest Arkansas, was given a pre-trial date of September 28th by Judge Charles Yeargan. Hornbeck was released on a $75,000 bond. Prosecutors filed the charges last week. Documents allege Hornbeck had sexual contact with three females over a four year span. All three of the females were under 21 years of age.
