Hospital Reinstates COVID-19 Restrictions
Howard Memorial Hospital is once again restricting access to their facility due to COVID-19.
Hospital officials say, as of today, visitors will not be allowed in the hospital.
Exceptions include surgery patients who will be allowed one visitor that must stay in their vehicle. Disabled or minor patients will also be allowed to have one visitor.
The hospital does have the capability for virtual visits with inpatients.
The restrictions will also affect the cafeteria where meals will be available by takeout only.
