Howard and Pike County Candidates that’s running for office in 2024

The filing period ended this week for several elected municipal positions. In Howard County, the candidates that filed to run for office in 2024 are Justice of the Peace 1 Kerry Strasner, Justice of the Peace 2 Andy Hogg, Justice of the Peace 3 Elizabeth D’Ann Rogers, Justice of the Peace 4 Janet O’Neal, Justice of the Peace 5 Jerry Harwell, and Justice of the Peace 8 Don Marks. Justice of the Peace 7 is vacant. Candidates that’s running for Justice of the Peace 6 are Josh Zylks and Elizabeth McDaniel. Candidates that are running for Justice of the Peace 9 are Margie Green, Stacy T Turner, and Juanita G Jackson.

Candidates that are running for Nashville City Alderman are Freddie Horne ward 1 position 1, Joe Hoen ward 1 position 2, Donna Harwell ward 2 position 1, Vivian Annie Wright Ward 3 Position 2, William E Turley Ward 4 position 1, Sharon K Gathright Ward 4 position 2, Charles Pinkston Ward 5 position 1, Herbert N Turley Jr Ward 5 position 2, and Kathy Combs Ward 6 position 1.

Candidates that are running for Mineral Springs Alderman are Earle Ray Haddan Jr Ward 2 position 2 and Frankie Lee Harris Ward 3 position 2

Candidates running for Mineral Springs School Board zone 3 are Nikita N Hopkins, Ricky Gamble, and Kay Thornton. For the Dierks School Board Kara Tedford and for the Nashville School District Nick Britt.

Denise Juniel is running for Mineral Springs Recorder/Treasurer.

In Pike County, the candidates that filed to run for office in 2024 are Ricky Branch who is running for constable, Justice of the Peace 1 Randy Lamb, Justice of the Peace 2 Robbie Crocker, Justice of the Peace 3 Seth Henry Kirkham, Justice of the Peace 4 Leotis Snowden, Justice of the Peace 5 Jerry Fendley, Justice of the Peace 6 Kip Holbrook, Justice of the peace 7 Richard Mohlenhoff, Justice of the peace 8 John J Plyler Jr, and Justice of the Peace 9 Paul S Baker. 

Candidates that are running for the CenterPoint School Board are Randy Bradford Zone 1 and Mauricio Servellon for Zone 2. For the Kirby School District in Zone 4 Ronnie White, and for the South Pike County School District Barbie S Baxter for Zone 2 and Andrea McRae for Zone 4.
