Howard County 4-H BBQ Bowl is Feb. 11 at HC Fairgrounds
The Howard County 4-H Foundation will host their annual “4-H Barbecue Bowl” fundraiser on Saturday, February 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or until they are sold out. The “4-H Barbecue Bowl” will be held at the Howard County Fairgrounds. They will have full slabs of ribs for $30 and Cornish hens $8 each.
NJHS 8th Grader Anna Kate has been a member of the 4-H Club for 6 years. Kate discussed how involved she is in 4-H and how she helps the little 4-Hers.
Nashville Primary 3rd Grader Guy Cooper stated he’s been in the 4-H Club his whole life and he discussed what livestock he showcases.
Kate and Cooper will be participating in the Howard County 4-H Foundation annual 4-H Barbeque Bowl Fundraiser this year.
Howard County 4-H Extension Agent Samantha Horn discussed what the proceeds will go towards.
Horn stated this is first come first serve so it’s best to pre-order. Horn discussed how you can put your order in.
