Howard County 4-H celebrates 4-H month
October is celebrated as 4-H month in many states across the United States. For over 100 years, 4-H has inspired families, shaped careers, and impacted communities. To help celebrate, From October 1st to October 31st the Howard County 4-H is taking donations to send a clover patch to friends’, family members’, or a neighbors’ front yard. The recipient will then have the opportunity to have the clovers removed for $15 or choose the next house for $25. If the recipient does not pay to have them removed, the clover patch will be moved to the next house after 48 hours. The Howard County 4-H is also offering clover patch insurance for a donation fee of $10.
