Howard County 4H hosting BBQ Bowl
Wednesday afternoon, Howard County 4H members, Guy Cooper Kroll and Anna Kate McKinnon joined 4H agent Samantha Horn at the Nashville Rotary Club meeting to discuss their upcoming BBQ Bowl.
McKinnon and Kroll reported the BBQ Bowl is Saturday, February 10 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Howard County Fairgrounds. They said a full slab of ribs cost $30 and 7 pound smoked hens are $10.
Horn stated the funds go to the Howard County 4H Foundation and she explained how funds helped 4H members.
This is the 14th year for the 4-H BBQ Bowl Fundraiser. It was started by in 2010. Dr. Glenn Lance mentioned who served on the Howard County 4H Foundation Board.
