Howard County Children’s Center In Operation

Howard County Children’s Center and Rainbow Learning Center will operate as normal for the foreseeable future. However, Director Rose says they are not allowing visitors. When dropping a child, parents are asked to stop at the locked doors. Staff will be available to make sure children get to their room.

Ray said the center will also be checking temperatures of staff members, adult clients and the children to ensure that no one has a fever. Adult clients who live in the community will not be attending day events or work activities.
