An Amity woman plead guilty Wednesday in Howard County Circuit Court to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia. 53 year old Teresa White was arrested in February during a traffic stop by sheriff’s deputies. White was sentenced to a five year suspended sentence, fined 500 dollars and ordered to pay 365 dollars in court costs.
Also Wednesday, two women who were arrested for a residential burglary near Mineral Springs entered not guilty pleas to the charges. 51 year old Kimberly Nettles & 47 year old Kristina Davis, both from Texarkana, have pre-trial dates of February 12th and a trial date set for February 25th.
