Howard County Court

38 YO Kevin Wright of Nashville was sentenced Wednesday in Howard County Court. Wright negotiated a plea of guilty on 1 count of delivery of a controlled substance. Wright was caught in an undercover sting after information made its way to Howard County Investigator Blake Eudy that illegal drugs were commonly purchased from Kevin Wright. A confidential informant was used to  make the purchase. The CI was under constant surveillance according to the police report and successfully met with Wright in the Walmart parking lot in Nashville to conduct the transaction. Wright negotiated a guilty plea and was sentenced to 5 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with 4 years suspended.
