Howard County Court Records Indicate Governor’s Pardon

Howard County Court was in session yesterday. For 46 YO Jeri, Suzan Hicks of Mulberry Arkansas it was a good day. Hicks was charged and sentenced in the Howard County court system alongside Polk and Sevier county for multiple counts of forgery. This having taken place in the year 2000.

Yesterday was a good day for Hicks because she was one of the 15 throughout the state that received a pardon from the Governor, Asa Hutchinson.

Hicks had completed all jail time, fulfilled all parole and probationary requirements, and paid all fines related to her sentence. There was also no negative law enforcement feedback on the decision during the governor’s announced waiting period.
