Howard County Fair Board members held Annual Farm Day Event

Tuesday, the Howard County Fair Association held the Annual Farm Day Event for 4th Graders in the local school districts such as: Nashville, Dierks, Umpire, and Mineral Springs. Some of the Howard County Fair Board Members that were present were Kaitlin Miller, Secretary Sydney Reed, and Vice President Karter Castleberry.
Reed described the activities that were going on along with how they are providing educational facts to the students.
Vice President Karter Castleberry said he hopes that the students want to learn more about agriculture.
Board Member Kaitlin Miller hopes that this event can be put on every year and continues to grow.
Other companies that attended Farm Day and had stations were Farm Bureau, AR Forestry, AR Beef, The county extension office, Pilgrims, and Grandview.
