Howard County ‘Get Fit’ registration is Jan. 17

The Howard County Extension Homemakers Club will be hosting Extension Get Fit which is a group fitness program that is designed to help adults increase strength, flexibility, and balance. 
Extension Get Fit meets on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10am at the EH Center in Nashville. The cost is a one time charge of $20 per year. Anyone that is interested can pre-register by January 17th.
