Howard County Judge Highlights Progress, Looks Ahead to 2026

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to speak with Howard County Judge Brent Pinkerton, who reflected on the progress the county made throughout the past year and highlighted several ongoing and future projects.

Judge Pinkerton began by reviewing some of the key infrastructure and community improvements the county focused on during 2025.

Pinkerton also discussed funding secured to support county residents, including a grant awarded to help move forward with improvements at the senior adult center.

To close out the conversation, Judge Pinkerton highlighted what he sees as one of the most significant steps the county has taken toward improvement.

Judge Pinkerton says county officials will continue focusing on projects that improve quality of life for Howard County residents as they move into the new year.
