Howard County Sets Trial Dates For Later This Year
Three trial dates were set yesterday in Howard County Circuit Court on revocation proceedings.
25 year old Meagan Hill of Nashville entered a not true plea. Hill was given five years probation in July 2017 and authorities say she has failed to report to her officer nearly a dozen times, has tested positive for illegal substances and has failed to pay fees. Hill’s trial day is scheduled for August 12th.
That same date was also set in the revocation hearing of 28 year old Chris Davis of Horatio. Since being placed on probation, authorities say Hill has violated his sentence by being arrested on charges of Residential Burglary and firearms possession charges.
The other trial date set Wednesday is for the probation revocation of 28 year old Chad Sanders of Ashdown. Authorities say Sanders has been charged with a battery count since his probated sentence was issued. He also entered a not true plea to the charges and will have an August 5th trial date.
