Howard County With No Active COVID-19 Cases
Arkansas has started easing restrictions related to COVID-19. Nashville mayor Billy Ray Jones spoke to Southwest Arkansas Radio Monday morning about the local situation.
For the first time since March 24th, the Arkansas Department of Health says Howard County is without an active case of COVID-19.
The health department reported Saturday that all 13 of the county’s cumulative cases are now listed as recovered. Howard and Little River counties are the only two counties in southwest Arkansas without an active case at the present time.
Sevier County currently has three cases and reported their first death late last week from Covid-19.
Hempstead County has two active cases while Pike and Polk counties each have one active case of COVID-19 in their counties.
