Howard Court Sentences 77 YO John Krieger

A 2 year court case came to a close last week as 77 year old, John Krieger, of Nashville was sentenced. Krieger was arrested and charged in 2019 for Second Degree Sexual Assault involving a minor under the age of 14. During the process 9th West Circuit judges Bryan Chesshir and Tom Cooper both recused themselves, due to connections to the case.

After continuation of the trial process Krieger was brought before a jury which ultimately found him guilty. Krieger has been sentenced to 10 years within the Arkansas Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine.
