Howard Health Systems board held annual meeting Tuesday night

Tuesday night, the Howard Health Systems board of directors held their annual meeting.

The Howard Health Systems board includes Mark Kitchens – chairman; Julie Rhodes – vice-chairman; Wes Howard – secretary; Tem Gunter – treasurer, Dr. John Hearnsberger, Johnny McJunkins, Glenn Lance and Gabriel Green.

The Howard Health Systems board then approved the Howard Memorial Hospital Board of Directors, which consists of the same eight members with the same officers. The terms of McJunkins and Rhodes was expiring, but both agreed to serve another 4-years.

The members of the Howard Memorial Hospital Foundation include Gary Dan Futrell – chairman, Deb Kinkade – vice-chairman, John Robert Schirmer – secretary/treasurer, Paul Britt, Elizabeth Overton, Dr. Hearnsberger, Rhodes, Sheila Kreul, Joe Wilson, Riley Jamison and Ray Blakely – emeritus.
