Howard Health Systems Board of Directors Meets

Tuesday night, the Howard Health Systems Board of Directors held their annual meeting and approved the members of the Howard Memorial Hospital Board of Directors.

The only change to the board was the addition of Tem Gunter who replaced Ken Young.

Tuesday’s meeting began with the 2019 audit report that was prepared by Bill Couch.

Couch told the board that compared to 2018, the year 2019 was very good for HMH. He then shared his comfort letter to the board.
