HMH Foundation president discusses purchase of Da Vanci Robotic Surgical System

Last Wednesday, Gary Dan Futrell spoke to the Nashville Rotary Club on behalf of the HMH Foundation.

Futrell mentioned Howard Memorial Hospital Board has approved the purchase of a Da Vinci Robotic surgical system at a cost of about $2.5 million dollars.

Futrell said the hospital foundation will be working to help raise funds to help purchase the equipment and make facility upgrades.

Futrell said this robotic device will help recruit new surgeons to Nashville and Howard Memorial Hospital.
