Irving Man Arrested in Hope on Commercial Burglary Charge

A 51-year-old man from Irving, Texas, was arrested on Monday, February 3rd, 2025, on a commercial burglary charge.

According to police records, that at approximately 2:20 p.m., detectives with the Hope Police Department apprehended Phillip Falls in the 300 block of South Washington Street.

Falls was taken into custody without incident and charged with commercial burglary. He is currently being held at the Hempstead County Detention Facility, where he is awaiting his first court appearance.
