Jr Scrappers defeat Joe T. Robinson
The Nashville Junior Scrappers still have only one loss on the season, as they dismantled the Joe T. Robinson Junior Senators last night, 44 to 20 in Little Rock. Nashville had a balanced scoring night, putting up 22 points in both halves of play. After the Scrappers took an 8 to nothing lead in the first quarter, the Senators tied the ballgame. It was all Nashville from that point. The Junior Scrappers held a 22 to 14 halftime lead and dominated the second half, allowing the only Robinson touchdown of the half to come just before the end of the game.
The Junior Scrappers will host Ashdown next week.
