Jury trial moves HC Circuit Court to District Courtroom

Due to a jury trial taking place Wednesday, a limited number of criminal defendants made a court appearance.  Cases involving Willie Munn, Clinton Terry, Donald Barnes, Cameron Lofton, and David Compton were all extended to a later date.  Compton entered a not guilty plea to his charges and will report back April 13th.  The other four are scheduled to be back in court March 30th.

There was also one case from Pike County on Wednesday.  Barbara Rusher will appear March 28th in Murfreesboro>

Wednesday’s court was held in the District Court to accommodate the jury trial at the courthouse.
