Local author speaks to Nashville Rotary Club
Local author, Jason Horn was the guest speaker at the Nashville Rotary Club on Wednesday, and he started the program by telling a little story from his childhood.
Horn said when he was in high school, his high school creative writing teacher, Jan Ponder told him to write about what he knew. He said that translated into his first two books. He said many of the characters are based on people that lived in this area and locations around Southwest Arkansas.
Horn has published two books and is currently working on a third. The first two books, Crossing Paths and Dark Path Home are a series.
Horn said he has always loved telling stories and listening to the stories of his family and friends.
Horn said everyone has a story and they just need to share that story with someone.
