2 In Howard County Custody Related to Death of a Child

The Howard County Inmate Roster shows 2 individuals having been arrested in the past 2 days with, what reputable sources say, are ties to the death of a child.

21 year old Devalin Wiseman of Mineral Springs is charged with Murder in the 2nd degree while 24 year old Chasity Holmes also of Mineral Springs is charged with permitting abuse of a minor.
