Master Gardener meeting Monday, August 15

Julio Fuentes announced Thursday morning that the Howard County Farmer’s Market will be open this Saturday, unless the temperatures get up to about 99 with heat index values in the triple digits.

Fuentes also reminded area residents that the Howard County Master Gardeners will be meeting on Monday, August 15 at 6 pm on the Nashville campus of UA Cossatot. He said the guest speakers will be Dawson Bailey and Samantha Horn of the Howard County Extension Office.

Fuentes also said you still have time to sign up for the computer class on Saturday, August 20 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Nashville branch of the Howard County Public Library.
