Mayor of Nashville discusses ordinances approved by the City Council
Yesterday, Mayor Larry Dunaway took a moment to update the city of Nashville on the Mount Pleasant Bridge Project, the City Council meeting, and the Westside and Eastside water tank projects.
Dunaway discussed one of the ordinances that was approved by aldermen of the Nashville City Council and what it entails.
Dunaway also mentioned another ordinance that was in regards to Tiny homes and what zone these tiny homes are restricted from.
Aldermen also approved this ordinance that was in regard to Tiny Homes and Zoning. A tiny home is not a traditional recreational vehicle, camper, or mobile home. The ordinance also states that Tiny Homes that are under 750 sq. ft are not permitted within the city limits of Nashville.
