Members of Southwest Arkansas Counseling and Mental Health Clinic talked about signs of Mental Health
Wednesday, KMTB and KNAS took a moment to speak with members of the Southwest Arkansas Counseling and Mental Health Clinic, Chelsea Tollett who is the Licensed Professional Counselor, Shondra Parker who is the Site Manager, and Rhonda Garret who is the Marketing Director.
In part 2 of our discussion, we discussed trigger warning signs and knowing when to seek help for your mental health. Tollett said one of the signs are when a person feels like they cannot go to a family member or even worse isolation.
According to statistics, Garrett stated that the leading cause of death in teenagers is suicide and mental health is something that can’t be swept under the rug because children are needing help.
Parker mentioned the type of insurances that they accept.
