Mineral Springs Reemploys Building Principals

Building principals in the Mineral Springs School District were reemployed during Monday night’s school board meeting. The contracts for elementary principal Stacy Gauldin and high school principal Clint Jones were extended through the 2021 school year.

In other business Monday, the board voted to enter into a three year agreement on resurfacing of the gymnasium floor. The cost of the contract will be slightly over two thousand dollars. The district is saving money by having the multi-year agreement instead of an annual contract for the work.
