Monthly Meetings Today At Mineral Springs

A pair of meetings will take place this evening in Mineral Springs. The city council will hold their regular February meeting this afternoon at five o’clock in the town hall. Aldermen are expected to continue previous discussions today regarding the sanitation truck and the future of Spring Lake Park. New business items on today’s agenda include discussion regarding a water rate increase.

Also meeting today is the Mineral Springs school board. Their session begins at 6:30 in the cafeteria and includes an executive session to discuss administrative contracts for the principals, a contract for work on the gym floor and approval of school board liability insurance.
