MS Grad Named Assistant Coach At Rogers State
A Mineral Springs native has been named as an assistant coach to the Rogers State men’s basketball staff.
Levin Thornton, a 2016 graduate of Mineral Springs High School, comes to the Oklahoma college after being a student assistant coach at the University of Texas Permian Basin the past two seasons.
Thornton had also served two other seasons as a student assistant at UA Fort Smith.
Thornton earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History with a minor in Business from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in May 2020.
Rogers State is an N.A.I.A. school located in Claremore, Oklahoma.
