MS Police Department’s Shop with a Cop Chili Cook-off is Saturday

The Mineral Springs Police Department and The Mineral Springs School District Police Department will be hosting a chili cook-off tomorrow, November 19th, starting at 1:30pm. This event will be held at the Old Cafeteria.

Mineral Springs Chief of Police Francisco Mercado discussed the reason why they are doing this event and gives credit to the Mineral Springs School District Police Chief Britany Rosenbaum.

Mercado even talked about how the ideal came about and he mentioned some of the details.

Donations are encouraged from businesses and individuals. All proceeds will go towards Shop with a cop.
