MSHS gears up for Homecoming

Monday evening, the Mineral Springs School Board held their regular monthly meeting. 

Mineral Springs High School Principal JonDavid Amerson reported to the board about a CDL Certification program that students can participate in during their junior year. Amerson mentioned homecoming that will take place this Friday along with the Homecoming schedule.

Business Manager Frankie Tollett reported to the board that the district had a legal balance without CDs of $1,429,660.54. With CDs included the legal balance was $1,497,328.35 and all fund a balance of $3,955,632.44.  There was motion made by board members Ray Hawkins and seconded by Sheila Jackson to accept the financial statement for the month of August 2023.
