Murfreesboro Police makes three drug arrests
Last week, the Murfreesboro Police Department and the 9th West Drug Task Force made three arrests. The suspects were Justin Stone, James Sigman, and Jessica Flud. It was reported that officers were made aware that Flud was hiding Stone to avoid capture on his multiple felony warrants.
Once officers arrived, they reportedly located Stone hiding inside the residence and took him into custody for the warrants and meth charges. Sigman was at the residence and was free to go until officers observed him allegedly placing a large quantity of meth under his child. Sigman was then placed into custody.
According to officers, Flud was warned prior to this incident that if she was caught hiding Stone, she would be arrested also. Flud was then taken into custody for this incident and meth charges.
Officers wanted to remind the public that if anyone lies about hiding a wanted person or persons they will be arrested.
