Murfreesboro travels to Quitman for 1st round in 2A playoffs

he Murfreesboro Rattlers enter the 2020 2A state playoffs as the number 3 seed from the 7-2A conference and this week, they will face the Quitman Bulldogs who are the number 3 seed from the 4-2A conference.

Head Coach Marc McRae said the Rattlers reached one of their pre-season goals and that was to make the playoffs. Their next goal is to win a playoff game.

McRae said Friday’s game should be very competitive because the two teams are very similar.

McRae stated his team must eliminate their turnovers if they expect to be victorious Friday night.

The Rattlers are at Quitman this Friday night. Kick off is set for 7 pm.
