Nashville Christmas Events Scheduled

Christmas activities for the city of Nashville begin later this month. Chamber of Commerce Director Mike Reese says the chamber will rent Christmas trees for residents to decorate. The cost will be 35 dollars per tree and city crews are scheduled to begin installing the trees along Main Street next week. Cash prizes are being offered for the three best decorated trees.
Other Christmas activities in Nashville, including the Christmas parade, will take place Saturday, November 30th as part of Small Business Appreciation Day. The city’s Christmas Bucks promotion begins December 9th and will wrap up with the winners being drawn December 20th at a chamber of commerce coffee.
