Sentences Handed Down In Pike County

A Nashville resident was sentenced to ten years in prison, with five years suspended, during Pike County Circuit Court Monday.  27 year old Charles Henry Clayton, the 3rd, was originally charged with residential burglary related to a September 2016 burglary and vandalizing of a house boat on Lake Greeson.
A three year prison sentence was given to 32 year old Chad Credeur of Hot Springs.  He was arrested in April of 2017 by Glenwood police.  During a traffic stop, authorities said they recovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia items that included a glass smoking pipe from Credeur’s vehicle.
30 year old Derrick Cogburn of Glenwood was given a six year sentence to the Arkansas Community Correction program.  The sentence will be served in conjunction with a case from Montgomery County.  Cogburn was charged with possessing meth cocaine in August 2017.
